At Building Profiles we have many years of experience with cable operated systems and are aware of their effectiveness and limitations. In our expert opinion the Quick Line manual system is one of the most robust and reliable available.

The Quick Line window control system offers a comprehensive range of economical, quality built products to operate high level or inaccessible casements and/or sashes.

Single or banks of casements can be opened and closed from a single operator depending on the specification of the windows and the remote system selected.

Sliding sashes and louvres can also be activated remotely using cable operated Quick Line ‘linear drives’.

Our sales desk is trained to offer advice and guidance regarding the principles of cable control operation and the various components required to complete a successful installation.

ELECTRIC WINDOW CONTROLS

There are two main motor categories in our electric window controls, namely those designed for Smoke Heat Evacuation and those for Natural Ventilation.

Smoke Heat Evacuation systems are designed to allow smoke and heat to escape from a building in the most efficient manner. Motors used in smoke and heat evacuation are powered by 24volts DC with a control panel and battery backup. They can be chain or shaft driven depending on the task they need to perform.

Natural ventilation can be mains supplied, except in the case of bathrooms, swimming pools or anything in close proximity to water. As with the low voltage range, natural ventilation motors can also be automatically controlled to suit the situation.

We can supply the motors to satisfy both requirements together with their appropriate control panels or in the case of simple ventilation needs, manual switches.

Building Profiles has the experience to design and supply Smoke Heat Evacuation and Natural Ventilation systems to meet your exact requirements.
